With more than twenty years of experience in the real estate industry, Anh has acquired extensive knowledge of various real estate cycles, which she skillfully utilizes to assist her clients in their investment endeavors. Anh possesses a wealth of expertise in different aspects of real estate ownership, catering to first-time home buyers, individuals seeking relocation, those looking to upgrade or downsize their properties, and specializing in estate depositions during challenging times within families. Anh embarked on her real estate journey while pursuing her college education, acquiring her real estate license at the age of 18 in North Carolina. Under the tutelage of one of the largest local real estate developers in North and South Carolina at the time, Anh received valuable teachings and honed her negotiation skills and land development acumen through the acquisition and development of luxury beachfront properties. Her exceptional capabilities swiftly led to her role as the developer’s trusted confidant, where she oversaw the real estate sales division until her relocation to Charlotte, North Carolina in 2004.

Continuing her real estate career, Anh joined the Allen Tate Companies, specializing in the sale of luxury homes until the onset of the economic downturn, prompting her to transition her business focus towards short sales.

Following the recession, Anh relocated to Arizona, venturing into commercial real estate investments. She successfully managed commercial retail and office buildings for affluent business owners and investors, as well as an extensive list of recognizable national credit tenants including Starbucks, further augmenting her expertise and range of services. Anh is also well-versed in land development and zoning regulations through her extensive work with creating, amending, and reviewing CC&R’s (Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions), working with several prominent Arizona developers, as well as initiating the formation of new Board of Directors following Declarant control period.   

Beyond real estate, Anh is a wife and mother to her teenage daughter, black lab and maltese.  When not analyzing real estate deals for friends, family and clients, you will find her reading, traveling with her family, or enjoying the Arizona sunshine in her garden.
